COVID-19 Coronavirus Update:

What to Expect:

All patients are required to complete on-line registration forms - click Patient Registration to access.

Please refrain from taking any pain medications 6 hours prior to your appointment.

We ask that no one accompanies you into your appointment, excluding parents of small children, interpreters and care givers.

When you arrive in the parking lot please call 651-777-7744 to check in prior to entering the building. You may be asked to wait in your vehicle to limit the number of patients within the practice.

Masks are required to enter the building.

You will be asked to complete a COVID-19 questionnaire. It is important that you disclose any indication of having been exposed to COVID-19, or whether you have experienced any signs or symptoms associated with the COVID-19 virus.

For the safety of our team and patients we will be collecting payment information over the phone, prior to your appointment.

There will be a prominent sign at our entrance directing all patients to use a hand sanitizer from a non-touch dispenser.

Patients will also be asked to use hand sanitizer from a non-touch dispenser upon entering and exiting the clinical area.

For your protection, handshaking is discouraged.

Infection Control: Our team continues to diligently follow universal standard infection control protocols using appropriate disinfecting procedures recommended by the CDC to prevent the spread of infectious disease. Nerness Endodontics has implemented negative air flow in our operatories. However, we cannot treat a suspected or confirmed infected patient because it would pose a significant risk of infection to our entire dental team. If you are infected or potentially infected and have an urgent dental concern, we will consult with you by phone at 651-777-7744 and we will provide care on a case by case basis.
