Billing & Payment Plans
Insurance coverage of our services will vary depending on the details of your plan. As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. You may also refer to your insurance plan benefit manual, your insurer’s website, or call the number on the back of your insurance card for details about your benefits. Please keep in mind that you are fully responsible to pay for services provided regardless of your insurance coverage. Your insurance is an agreement between you and your insurance company.
When is my Payment Due?
Payment is due on the day service is provided and will be collected at your appointment. If you have insurance, our insurance specialist will provide you with a preliminary payment that will be due initially, until we establish a relationship with your insurance company. If your preliminary payment is overestimated, you will receive a refund check in the mail. If your preliminary payment is underestimated, you will owe any remaining balance.
For your convenience, payment can be made using Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Care Credit.
